1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the complete agreement between k8999 and each registered player. By accessing the k8999 platform — whether via a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other device — you confirm that you have read these terms in their entirety and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

k8999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Where amendments are material, k8999 will endeavour to communicate them clearly via the platform. The version of the Terms & Conditions published on the k8999 website at the time of any given transaction or activity is the version that applies to that transaction or activity. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and are governed by the principles of applicable law. In the event of any inconsistency between translations or interpretations, the English-language version shall prevail.

1.1 Scope of Services

k8999 provides an online casino and sports betting platform comprising live casino games, slot titles, sportsbook betting markets (including cricket, football, boxing, kabaddi, and other sports), and associated account and payment services. All services are offered exclusively to registered players who meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms & Conditions.

1.2 Platform Availability

k8999 aims to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond our control. k8999 accepts no liability for losses arising solely from temporary platform unavailability.

2 Eligibility &amp ; Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an account with k8999, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not acting on behalf of any other person, business entity, or third party.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from k8999 or any associated platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or close family member of a k8999 employee in a role related to platform operations or game integrity.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion programme that prohibits you from accessing online gambling platforms.
• Participating in online casino and sports betting activities is not prohibited under any law or regulation applicable to you personally.

k8999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any point. Acceptable documents include a national identity card, passport, or driving licence. Where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, k8999 will suspend or close the account and return any undisputed balance held at the time of closure.

2.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account with k8999. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonuses or promotional credits held within them. If you inadvertently create a duplicate account, you must contact k8999 support immediately to resolve the situation.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of k8999 services — including deposits, withdrawals, live casino games, and sports betting — you must complete the account registration process. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number or email address.

You are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided during registration and for keeping that information up to date. k8999 may require you to re-verify your details at any time, particularly if your account information changes or if unusual activity is detected on your account.

3.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

k8999 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible gaming and fraud prevention standards. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any stage of your relationship with k8999:

3.2 Account Security

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

k8999 processes all player account transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using the ৳ symbol. There are no currency conversion fees applied to deposits or withdrawals made in BDT. All available payment methods are listed in your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Terms

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

4.4 Transaction Limits

Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to both deposits and withdrawals and vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed in the k8999 cashier at the time of the transaction. k8999 may amend these limits at any time and will communicate any material changes via the platform.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New players who complete registration and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus. The welcome bonus is available to new accounts only and may only be claimed once per individual, household, IP address, and payment method.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

k8999 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; placing low-risk or arbitrage bets designed purely to meet wagering requirements; and colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and any bonus-derived winnings forfeited.

6 Fair Play & Game Rules

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the k8999 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Exploiting software errors, display errors, or pricing errors to place bets at incorrect odds or game states.
• Money laundering or using k8999 as a channel to process proceeds of illegal activity.
• Any form of fraud, including chargebacks on legitimate transactions or identity theft.

6.4 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a software malfunction, display error, or pricing error that results in a game or bet outcome that would not have occurred under normal operating conditions, k8999 reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round and return the relevant stake to the player's account. k8999's decision in such cases is final.

7 Responsible Gaming

k8999 takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously and provides a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity. These tools are available to all registered players at no cost and can be activated from the account settings section of the platform.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased without a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive on-screen alerts when your playing session reaches a duration you have pre-set in your account settings.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict access to your account for 24 hours, 48 hours, or seven days without permanently closing it.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

k8999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or use of prohibited software.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Account holder's own request for self-exclusion or voluntary closure.
• Extended period of account inactivity as defined in Section 8.1.

8.1 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve months. k8999 will make reasonable efforts to notify you prior to any administrative action being taken on an inactive account. Any real-money balance remaining in an inactive account will be retained for the account holder and made available upon successful re-verification of identity.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your k8999 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, k8999 will process any pending withdrawals of verified real-money balances in accordance with the payment terms in Section 4. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will not be paid out upon voluntary closure.

8.3 Appeals

If your account is suspended or closed by k8999 and you believe this action was taken in error, you may submit a written appeal to [email protected] with the subject line "Account Appeal". k8999 will review all appeals in good faith and respond within a reasonable timeframe. The decision of k8999 following the appeals review process is final.
